Quickle is committed to ensuring that every provider that you are connected to has you best interests in mind. That is why we only work with providers who hold an Australian Credit Licence or are Authorised Credit Representatives under an Australian Credit Licence.
As Licensees, our providers have obligations to ensure that they are lending responsibly and have both internal and external dispute resolution facilities available to you should you need them.
It is important that you read and understand your obligations if you enter into an agreement with a provider. Make sure you read the provider’s terms and conditions carefully and if you are unsure, seek advice before entering into any agreement. Check out the Government’s Money Smart website for some useful information.
Always remember the golden rule for responsible borrowing: Only ever borrow what you need and make sure you pay it back as quickly as possible.
The lenders and service providers that Quickle works with will always be upfront with you regarding their fees and charges. It is very important you understand every cost applicable to your agreement before you enter into it. If you have any questions or concerns please make sure you get in contact with the lender or service provider assisting you.
